Arrivals and Departures Traffic
1 All passenger traffic will be isolated on two self-contained levels to eliminate need to change levels.
2 For convenient access to transportation links, easy-to-understand connections will be provided from the passenger terminal.
3 Elevators and moving sidewalks are designed for ease-of-use by all, including disabled persons.
 
Restrooms
1 Restrooms are provided with all amenities.
2 Nursing rooms are arranged adjoining multi-purpose restrooms allowing changing of diapers etc.

1 From the basic design stage, studies were undertaken on the improvement and consideration of Universal Design with the help of the disabled, users, and experienced consultants, in aiming for airport terminal easy to use for all.

Combining international and domestic concourses into a compact floor plan
By combining the International and Domestic concourses, it creates simple and easy way finding for passengers.
 
Compact gate layout
Gates will be arranged in an inverted "T," which allows passengers to reach their gate after walking a mere 300 meters from the check-in counters excluding the distance covered by other means of transport, such as the moving sidewalk.
 
Flexible-use facilities
Swing gates will be allocated to both international and domestic flights.
